Three Ways to Build Healthy Relationships

Today we’re going to do something a bit different. For the month February, I’d like you to join me on a challenge.

For the next three weeks, we’re going to embark on a challenge to help you build healthy relationships.

Being the month of love, we’re going to look at the love in our life and show love to others.

Why?

Because in February, so many people feel lonely as Valentine’s Day is coming up. However, instead of focusing on this negative feeling, if you can see all of the love that surrounds you, it’ll increase positive relationships in our life, provide you with meaning and enable you to feel a sense of security, which will make you an even happier person.

When you sit with this feeling of love, it’ll opens up your heart to more love.

Sounds pretty awesome, right?

So let me outline what the next three weeks will look like for this challenge. We’re going to look at the following relationships:

Actionable Steps:

Week 1:

We’re going to develop your relationships within your classroom (for homeschooling parents, building relationships with your children during school work time).

Week 2:

We’re focusing on your family (the one that you’re born into or your chosen family) so that you can deepen these connections and demonstrate love.

Week 3:

Since we’ve talked about others, we’re moving from the outside in. In other words, we’re focusing on loving and caring for yourself. This is important as we’re getting closer to writing report cards and are more than likely starting to feel exhausted.

Recap:

Let’s recap really quickly. Today, we looked at the following:

  1. The importance of focusing on love in your life.
  2. Over the next three weeks, we’re going to focus on developing relationships with the students in your class or children during their school work time if you’re a homeschooling parent, demonstrating love to your family and focusing on self-care.

BONUS:

Here’s a quick tip to help you get started on your journey today.

Additional Thoughts:

I can’t wait to get started next week. I hope you join me. For this week, I’d love for you to clear your mind from any feelings of loneliness and know that you are loved.

I encourage you to bring your children along on this challenge so that they can feel empowered during this month as well.

In the mean time, if you’re feeling stressed out, overwhelmed and burnout, then I encourage you to check out the following:
