Living through childhood trauma or abusive can make people feel like their life doesn’t matter.

It can make them feel like they are less than or as though they were made to be used and abused.

Some may even believe that they deserve the hand that they were dealt because of how they were conditioned.


This doesn’t have to be your life’s story.

You didn’t deserve to be hurt before and you don’t deserve to keep living your life in pain.

Take today to focus on the following quote and really try to let it sink in because I certainly believe it to be true for you.

Now let’s take action.

Take out your journal and a pen and reflect on the following question.

What would your life look like if you actually believed this quote?
